How long will it take to get a reply?
Our team aims to reply within 3 business days, and in most cases you’ll hear back much sooner. If you don’t see a response, please check your spam or promotions folder. If 5 business days pass without a reply, you may resubmit your request using the form. Submitting multiple tickets for the same issue can delay your resolution, since it resets your place in the queue.
What should I include in my ticket?
To help us assist you faster, please include:
- Your question or concern stated clearly - tickets without a question will not receive a response.
- Any relevant details (e.g., deal name, date, reward, etc.)
- Submit using the same email address you used to register. For security reasons, we cannot provide specific assistance if the ticket is submitted from a different email address.
